A brand is an EXPERIENCE, something someone can remember/recount/attest to feeling or seeing as part of your business. But how do we create these experiences? That’s the hard question we must answer. I’ve discovered an amazing tool to build my brand: storytelling. This isn’t groundbreaking, but I recently had an experience with Picasso that taught me the value of sharing stories as a way to create devoted customers…and a legacy that stands the test of time.
