High-Speed Water Drops

Here you’ll learn the technique to create stunning images with water and color as explained and subtitled by Markus Reugels. With high speed photography it is possible to freeze water drops down to a millisecond and create unique images. With these images Markus uses no image manipulation, color, and shape changing. It’s all done in camera and everything is explained from the setup to post production.

His pictures are post processed in Photoshop to remove only sensor stains and minor splashes that interfere with the tones and contrasts processed naturally. He does this to strengthen the existing in the image and refine the pictorial effect.

Here is a link to the .pdf for the microprocessor he uses, the GlimpseCatcher.
