A wild African black leopard has been photographed for the first time in more than 100 years

I have personally been following Will for a number of years after I saw his photos taken with his Beetlecam and I was thrilled to see this video of him getting the photo of the Black Leopard. He is one of the top wildlife photographers in the world, but not only that, he goes the extra mile to get the shot as you’ll see in this video.

Collectively these are the first confirmed images in nearly 100 years of a black leopard in Africa, and this region is the only known spot in all of Africa to have a black leopard. Follow Will Burrard-Lucas on his quest to photograph this elusive cat.
